Rates

The cost of visits is the same regardless of how much time I spend with your horse, this is to ensure that the best possible service is received and may vary from 45 minutes up to around two hours for an initial assessment.

First visit and assessment - £40 per horse
Follow up visits - £35 per horse

Discounts are available for three or more horses seen at the same yard seen during the same visit - save 10% per horse.

Travel

Mileage is included in the rates shown above for visits within a 25 mile radius of Stansted, outside of this a call out fee will apply (this depends on location - contact me for details).

For monthly visits to Kent mileage is included within a 25 mile radius of Canterbury, outside of this a call out fee will apply (this depends on location - contact me for details).

Cancellation

Once times/dates have been confirmed, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required or a cancellation fee of £15 will apply. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will the full fee will be incurred and invoiced.
